Vista Speech Recognition ビスタのスピーチ認識システム

Are you aware that Vista includes speech recognition system? It has its tutorial, and it is pretty good. I mean that tutorial is pretty good. After the tutorial, I tried the speech recognition with WordPad. I was very excited but it made me so uncomfortable very quickly. The speech recognition does not recognize my word like in the tutorial. Of course, it understood some words like “new line”, which moves the cursor to the next line, or “thank you” like tutorial. Otherwise, it does not at all and even types things I did not say. I thought it was because my pronunciation was not good. The next day, I asked my son who could speak real English. It happened the same!!! Well, that made me feel better at least.

ビスタのスピーチ認識システムを知ってますか？それには、入門用のトレーニングキットがある。よくできている。そのトレーニングキットはよくできているという意味。そのトレーニングの後、実際にワードパドを使って試してみる。もうちょっと興奮気味であったが、すぐに気分を害した。このシステムトレーニングキットでやったようには、動いてくれなく、私の言ったことをぜんぜん認識してくれない。もちろんすこしの言葉はわかるのだが。例えば、“つぎのライン”とか、“ありがとう”とか。それ以外は、全く理解しないか、全く言ってないことをタイプする有様。これはきっと僕の発音が悪いからだと思い、次に日、本当の英語が喋れる息子に試してもらう。私と同じことが起きる！！！　少なくともちょっとは気分がよくなったかな。
