I can’t believe their web account system. Previously, I finally removed ill charged money in my account that is for the phone I cancelled. Now, when I visit my account on the web, all credits are back and all becomes charged again. Can you believe it? Once are gone, and then they are back now. I quickly called Verizon wireless, and she told me it will be cleared on 8/23 which is the next billing cycle. She is the 5th person I talked on this crazy account system. She is telling me their internal system credit back, but the web site was not refreshed. Why can I believe this statement? It was gone once! However, I have to wait and see it on 8/23.
I have never seen the most stupid system in the world like this.
