ラーメンのついでに思い出したことは、こっちでは、刺身とかすしの食べる量を毎月考えなくてはいけないという警告が出ています。ご存知ですか？日本では、あまり知られてないかもしれないけど、水銀の量が問題視されてます。どれだけ食べていいか忘れましたが、一月に１回とか２回はいいはずです。

In the United States, Noodle (Ramen) is not so popular. Well, most American doesn’t know what the real noodle is. Probably, it would be popular only really big cities like NY or LA.
