Verizon Customer Service 3

I wrote blog about Version Customer Service twice. I wrote I had some billing issue and called customer service twice. I have a story after that. Today, I called 5th time to the customer service, and finally I could get what I wanted, which is to clear my balance. I’m sure to make it complete I need to call 6th time some time after the next billing cycle to ask about credit from Verizon. As to first 2 customer services, probably, they did not know how to return credit back to me. Third one, it seems she knows a bit, but she could not keep promise that balance would be cleared in 7 days. Fourth one, she really made credit back in one day, but she forgot to credit $0.20 back even though I told her clearly. So Fifth one, she credit $0.20 back to me, I hope because I don’t know until tomorrow. I think they need to spend billing training to the customer service as well as correct not-so-smart-accounting system.

 

これまで2回ボライズンのカスタマーサービスについて書きました。(ボライズンとは、NTTみたいなもの)支払いの件で問題あって2かい電話をしました。それから落ちがあって、今日で5回目なのです。やっとのことで、うまくいきました。でも、来月の決算が終わって、6回目も多分かけないと完全ではないだろうな。最初の2人のカスタマーサービスは、多分どうやって、お金を返すのか知らなかったに違いない!3人めは、すこししっているようだったけど、7日にバランスをきれいにするという約束を守れなかった。4人めは、やっとお金を1日でかえしてくれたけど、20セント返し忘れた。ちゃんといったんだけど。5人めが20セントを返してくれる予定。明日になるとそれが分かる。ボライズンはもっとカスタマーサービスのトレーニングが必要。そして、ちょっと足りない会計システムをもっと良くしなくては!
